Job Summary The Commissioning Engineer (E2) is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the commissioning and handover of projects to ensure all systems, equipment, and installations operate according to design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. The role requires coordination across multiple disciplines to guarantee timely and efficient project start-up.
Salary: SAR 12000 - 15600Experience: 10 - 15 years Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules Supervise and coordinate commissioning activities across all project disciplines Conduct testing, inspections, and performance verification of systems and equipment Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth handover Prepare and review commissioning reports, checklists, and documentation Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Support training of operations personnel and provide technical guidance
Mandatory Requirements At least 15 years of professional experience, including E2-level experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
