Job Summary The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller is responsible for managing project costs, budgets, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters. The role involves cost planning, monitoring, reporting, and providing commercial advice to support decision-making and project profitability.
Salary: SAR 11000 - 14300Experience: 10 - 15 years Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and control costs Review and evaluate contractor and supplier invoices and payment applications Conduct cost analysis and provide regular financial reports to management Advise project teams on cost-related risks, claims, and contract compliance Support procurement and tendering processes with commercial input Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants on cost matters Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
Mandatory Requirements At least 15 years of professional experience in quantity surveying or cost control Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Holds a certificate in Cost Management Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
