Overall Role Purpose
- The Sales Administrator plays a critical support role within the Sales organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, accurate data management, and timely coordination between Sales force and the sales dev team, pricing etc.
- This role is essential to enabling the Sales team to focus on revenue growth by providing high-quality administrative, reporting, and coordination support especially during periods of change, system implementation, and new sales tool rollouts..
Your Tasks:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal processes.
· Support account managers with documentation, customer data updates, pricing records, contracts, and internal approvals.
· Coordinate closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
· Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and user adoption by coordinating training, documentation, and handovers.
· Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance sales efficiency and service quality.
· Support the Sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and internal submissions.
· Ensure effective communication flow between Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations
· Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing governance, and compliance standards.
· Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
· Proactively follow up on pending actions to ensure service commitments are met.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in a sales support, sales administration, or commercial operations role preferably in commercial logistics or supply chain management.
- Commercially orientated
- Computer literate
- A proven track record in over achievement of objectives
- Strong numeracy and presentation skills
- Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Personal Motivation and drive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Advanced MS Office knowledge and skills and Intermediate Presentation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and minimum of intermediate knowledge of formulas.
- Fluent in English, Arabic language is an added advantage.
- Be an effective team player with ability to work under own initiative
- Effective problem solving skills to identify and solve challenges.
- Ability to work on a team and independently
- Strong organizational skills
