SummaryThe
Distribution Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end coordination of
the local distribution
network,
working closely with 3PL partners, Ferrero Customer Service, and the local
Sales team. The role ensures
timely and
accurate delivery to customers while maintaining Ferrero Quality and GRC
standards. It includes
monitoring and
reporting KPIs, managing return logistics, validating invoices, creating
purchase requisitions in SAP,
and driving
continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, operational
performance, and
sustainability.
Responsibilities
and Duties Leadership
- Coordinate end-to-end distribution with
3PL, Customer Service, and Sales teams, ensuring timely and - quality deliveries.
- Manage return logistics, validate
invoices, and update delivery status in SAP. - Monitor and report KPIs daily and
monthly, including delivery success and cost metrics. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support - sustainability.
- Lead collaboration across teams,
resolving delivery challenges and promoting accountability.
