CCDS is looking for a highly skilled Saudi GRC Consultant to join our dynamic team.
This critical role involves advising our clients on the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategies, particularly in alignment with regulations set forth by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) and the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the GRC landscape in Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for enhancing the compliance and risk management frameworks across various sectors.
Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of GRC frameworks tailored to the requirements set by SAMA and NCA.
Conduct detailed risk assessments and compliance audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in governance, risk management, and compliance best practices within the Saudi context.
Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored GRC strategies that are both effective and sustainable.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Facilitate training and workshops to ensure client teams are well-versed in GRC specifics related to SAMA and NCA.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and provide timely updates and advice to clients.

About 10 years of experience in GRC consulting, with a strong focus on the Saudi financial sector.
In-depth knowledge of SAMA and NCA regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven track record in leading GRC projects and managing client relationships.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISM, etc.
) will be an advantage.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
