About the role:
Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment in line with Inventory Control Procedures and in a safe manner within laid down quality standards providing management with all necessary information and reports as specified.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the spare parts, tires, and oil store.
- Develop and maintain effective store systems and procedures to ensure efficient, controlled use of spare parts and equipment.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and team managers to ensure all required spare parts are available and in stock.
- Ensure supplier‑recommended spare parts are properly stocked and available as specified.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including spending trends and recurring issues.
- Review and adjust minimum and maximum stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times within the store.
- Analyze spare parts pricing to support cost control and procurement decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous involvement in projects is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, with SAP experience considered an advantage.
