Responsibilities:




  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for the infrastructure project.

  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with overall project requirements.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to mechanical systems and components.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.

  • Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical systems.

  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants involved in the mechanical aspects of the project.

  • Review and approve mechanical engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.


Essential Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree or higher preferred.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of working on large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, standards, and practices.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities.

  • Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and codes.
