The Financial Director is responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, governance, and performance, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with the Saudi regulatory requirements, including Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and ZATCA (where applicable).
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and the board.
- Oversee audits, regulatory reporting, and relationships with external auditors and banks.
- Support funding activities, investor relations, and board-level reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience in regulated or corporate environments within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and reporting standards.
