Job Details

To provide guidance to all visualization centre users coordinate & conduct visualization centre programs providing services of high standards to end-user while promoting team work within the department employees and ensuring adequate technical support Departments operations. 

Skills

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Complies with division’s policies, processes & procedures and ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled.


Day- to-day operations
- Executes the day-to-day operations assigned for Visualization Centre ensuring compliance with the established standards and procedures.


Visualization Centre Administration
- Identifies end-user requirements on technical support and information, study their expectations and design and implement a suitable framework for meeting these requirements through the  Visualization Centre. 
- Identifies the portfolio of software and hardware products and 
systems needed for the Visualization Centre and supports the Supervisor in negotiations with vendors for cost-effective, high quality solutions. 
- Designs appropriate training modules for Visualization Centre users and ensure they are provided requisite training to be able to deliver high quality performance ensuring maximum usage of the facility.


Visualization Centre Administration (cont’d)
- Coordinate & conduct visualization centre programs providing services of high standards to end-user while promoting team work within the department employees and ensuring adequate technical support to Departments operations.
- Coordinates and executes video conferencing meetings for the department and the company as instructed and ensures optimum utilization of the Visualization Centre.


Coordination with Contractors
- Contributes & supports the identification & technical evaluation of service providers and coordinates and provides technical support in the execution of all contracts related to Visualization Centre to ensure that both contracting parties fulfil their obligations; Reports any variances to the Supervisor.


Continuous Improvement
- Researches new and improved methods and recommends implementation of new technology to increase the standard of Visualization Centre services as well as departmental efficiency.
