About the Role We are looking for a Senior IT Coordinator to join our e-commerce organization and play a key role in coordinating IT operations, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving strategic IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of technology initiatives while supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.???? Key Responsibilities???? IT Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate and align activities across IT teams, including Applications, Infrastructure, and Security. Serve as a primary liaison between IT and business/product teams to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities. Manage communication and dependencies between internal teams and external vendors.???? Project & Delivery Oversight Monitor and track IT initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly managed. Support project planning, execution, and follow-up activities across multiple workstreams. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, escalating when necessary.???? Reporting & Performance Management Prepare structured reports and dashboards for management covering progress, risks, KPIs, and SLAs. Track service performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels. Provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.???? Process Improvement & Governance Contribute to the improvement and standardization of IT processes and workflows. Support documentation of IT policies, procedures, and operating models. Ensure alignment with internal governance frameworks and best practices.???? Leadership & Team Enablement Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to IT team members. Mentor and support team members to enhance performance and collaboration. Coordinate vendor activities and ensure quality of delivery.???? Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT coordination, IT operations, or a similar role. Strong experience in coordinating cross-functional IT teams within a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of IT processes, service management, and project coordination. Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.????
