The Business Analyst – Open Banking is responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting open banking initiatives, and translating regulatory and business needs into functional specifications. The role works closely with product, technology, compliance, and external partners to enable secure data sharing and API-based financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for open banking solutions
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party providers
- Analyze open banking use cases, customer journeys, and API requirements
- Ensure alignment with open banking regulations, consent management, and data privacy
- Support API onboarding, testing, and implementation activities
- Assist in process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
