About the Job


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Business Development to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:


  • Lead the development of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.


  • Establish sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance.


  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base and increase revenue.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.


  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.


About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or any other relevant field.


  • Have 8 years of experience in a similar role.


  • Demonstrate Leadership and team management skills.


  • Show attention to details. 


  • Possess advanced software competencies (Microsoft Office programs).
