About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Business Development to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Lead the development of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
Establish sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or any other relevant field.
Have 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Demonstrate Leadership and team management skills.
Show attention to details.
Possess advanced software competencies (Microsoft Office programs).
