Role Summary The BIM Manager will lead and oversee all Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across the project lifecycle.
This role ensures the effective implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and digital coordination processes to support design, construction, and facility management.
The manager will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate, integrated, and high‑quality BIM deliverables for a complex high‑rise development within a PMC environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows.
Lead BIM coordination across all disciplines, ensuring model accuracy, clash detection, and design integration.
Review BIM models, drawings, and digital deliverables for compliance with project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, consultants, and contractors on BIM processes and tools.
Conduct BIM audits, quality checks, and model validation activities.
Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and ensure proper data governance.
Facilitate BIM workshops, coordination meetings, and training sessions.
Support digital transformation initiatives and integration of BIM with project controls, scheduling, and facility management systems.
Ensure alignment with KSA regulations, international standards, and client expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Relevant professional membership or certification is preferred.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in high‑rise tower projects.
KSA experience is mandatory.
Expert-level proficiency in BIM tools and platforms (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.
). Strong understanding of BIM standards, digital workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Prior experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
