The Dynatrace Resource is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating end-to-end application and infrastructure monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.
The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical applications across on-premises and cloud environments.
The position supports proactive monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous optimization, particularly within banking and enterprise environments.
8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Monitoring, or Observability roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace in enterprise and banking environments.
Proven experience supporting production systems and mission-critical applications.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and administer Dynatrace monitoring solutions for complex IT environments.
Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, and cluster architecture across on-prem and multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
Monitor application, infrastructure, and service performance, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and potential incidents.
Configure dashboards, alerts, thresholds, SLOs, KPIs, and management zones for different stakeholders.
Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using Dynatrace AI and observability data to reduce MTTR and MTTI.
Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and third-party tools (ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, Splunk, Grafana, Ansible, MQ, databases, etc.
). Lead migration activities from legacy monitoring tools (CA APM, Nimsoft, AppDynamics, Riverbed) to Dynatrace.
Support production environments with 24/7 monitoring readiness and BAU operational activities.
Collaborate with DevOps, application, and infrastructure teams to embed monitoring into CI/CD and operational workflows.
Conduct performance reviews, health checks, and optimization assessments.
Deliver training, documentation, SOPs, and runbooks to internal IT and operations teams.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynatrace and observability best practices.
