- Description: Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale mechanical networks and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
•Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including engineering coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
•Oversee multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants, providing clear direction, performance management, and issue resolution.
•Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, authorities, and partners in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
•Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays, cost overruns, and technical challenges.
•Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements, quality assurance processes, and contractual obligations across all project stages.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
•12–15 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale mechanical networks or infrastructure projects, with a strong track record in Saudi Arabia.
•Proven expertise in project planning, cost control, contract management, and claims administration for complex construction projects.
•Strong understanding of Saudi codes, standards, permitting processes, and stakeholder engagement practices.
•Demonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
•High level of commercial acumen, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability in high-pressure project environments.
