Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products/services to existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.


Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Saudi National (mandatory – per Saudization requirements).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in the field.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Good command of Arabic; English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
