Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a talented and experienced Director - Delivery - Hospitality to spearhead our hospitality project initiatives.
In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery and execution of high-quality hospitality projects that embody luxury and innovation, contributing to Qiddiya’s mission of establishing a premier entertainment destination.
Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality project delivery, from concept through to completion.
Coordinate with design, construction, and operational teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.
Develop and implement project delivery plans, monitoring progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Create and enforce project governance frameworks to manage risks and ensure quality standards.
Engage with stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in hospitality project delivery processes.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, creativity, and continuous learning.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the hospitality industry, preferably with luxury projects.

Solid understanding of hospitality operations, project delivery methodologies, and industry trends.
Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
