Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, networking services, cybersecurity practices, and hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Alibaba Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

·        Administer, operate, and maintain company servers (Windows / Linux) ensuring stability, security, and high performance.

·        Manage Active Directory services, including user creation, permissions, Group Policies, and security configurations.

·        Monitor system and server performance proactively and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

·        Implement, manage, and regularly test backup and recovery solutions to ensure data protection and business continuity.

·        Apply cybersecurity policies, perform regular patch updates, and ensure systems are up to date.

·        Manage and support corporate email systems (Microsoft 365 / Exchange).

·        Configure and maintain core network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VPN.

·        Control user access rights and file permissions in compliance with company security policies.

·        Monitor antivirus solutions and firewall systems in coordination with the cybersecurity team.

·        Provide advanced technical support to internal users for system-related issues.

·        Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades, system enhancements, and optimization projects.

·        Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and regular system health reports.

·        Perform data restoration exercises and disaster recovery testing as part of business continuity planning.

·        Collaborate with network and development teams to ensure system compatibility and integration.

·        Contribute to improving IT infrastructure performance through automation and optimization initiatives.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        3–5 years of hands-on experience in system administration (Windows / Linux environments).

Technical Skills

·        Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and networking fundamentals.

·        Practical experience with backup solutions, firewalls, and email management systems.

·        Solid understanding of cybersecurity policies, patch management, and system monitoring tools.

·        Experience working with cloud environments and services, including AWS and Alibaba Cloud.

·        Ability to manage hybrid environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud platforms.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Certifications

·        MCSA / MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)

·        RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)

·        CompTIA Server+ / Network+ / Security+

·        Azure Administrator Associate or AWS SysOps Administrator
