About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager (Saudi National Talent) to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Act as the HSE Technical Authority, providing essential advice and guidance to the GM and ExCom on HSE laws, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and improving the HSE management system, programs, and processes in collaboration with the Group HSE function.
- Formulate and execute an operational HSE strategy aligned with SBU input and business needs, ensuring compliance across departments.
- Ensure SBU compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment management procedures to uphold luxurious hospitality standards and protect shareholder interests.
- Collaborate with the Technical Services Department to assess and improve compliance with HSE and Fire Life Safety standards.
- Chair HSE committee meetings, addressing and deliberating on HSE issues.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- 8–10 years of proven HSE experience, ideally within international hospitality or facilities management environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Possess strong organizational, administrative, and project/time‑management capabilities, ensuring efficient execution of priorities and deadlines.
- Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint, with the ability to think strategically and apply strong business acumen.
- Excel in problem‑solving and innovative thinking, consistently delivering practical, solutions‑oriented approaches to complex challenges.
