About the Role:

To lead a self-directing , multi-functional team to efficiently intake of poultry and process specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a Diploma in Poultry Processing/Food Technology or related discipline.


• Certificate in Supervisory Management is desirable.


• Internal Auditor and knowledge in HACCP & ISO standards.


• Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a poultry food environment.


• Experience in finalizing and implementing the daily Production plan with Production Management.


• Conduct Internal Quality /HACCP Audits.


• Propose modification/process optimization to improve service level of the department.


• Team regarding production and maintenance activities.


• Well versed with developing systems, SOPs and plant commissioning.


• Experience in conducting Safety and Risk Assessments.


• People Management skills.


• Decision making and problem-solving skills.


• Team building skills and being able to handle work pressure


•  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
