Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Executive Leader with proven experience leading large-scale entertainment districts or theme park destinations. This is a hands-on, embedded leadership role, supporting the management, performance, and strategic direction of major leisure and entertainment destinations.
The role requires deep operational leadership experience, not a consulting-only background.
Key Responsibilities Provide senior leadership and operational oversight for large entertainment districts or theme park environments Support strategic planning, operational governance, and performance management Advise on visitor experience, operational efficiency, safety, and scalability Work closely with executive stakeholders to drive execution and delivery Support integration across operations, facilities, attractions, and guest services Provide guidance on best practices from leading global entertainment destinations Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and project sponsors
Required Experience Senior leadership experience Direct responsibility for managing large-scale entertainment, leisure, or theme park destinations Experience within organizations such as Disney, Universal, Yas Island, Dubai Parks & Resorts, Sentosa, or similar large-scale developments Strong operational leadership background in complex, customer-facing environments
Ideal Profile Former or current CEO / COO / General Manager of a major entertainment destination Executive leader with deep exposure to destination management, operations, and governance Comfortable operating in onsite, high-visibility leadership roles
