Job Description

Atheer Energy Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Estimation Engineer – Scaffolding to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for scaffolding works related to industrial, Oil & Gas, shutdown, and maintenance projects, in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for scaffolding works
• Review drawings, scope of work, and technical specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs for Tube & Fitting, Ringlock, Cuplock, and modular scaffolding systems
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
• Analyze manpower, material, equipment, and rental costs
• Support tender submissions, clarifications, and post-bid evaluations
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco GI 8.001 and company procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding estimation for industrial / Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and access solutions
• Experience with Saudi Aramco / SABIC projects is highly preferred
• Proficiency in estimation tools, Excel, and BOQ preparation
• Good communication and coordination skills
