As the Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation Lead at Müller’s Solutions, you will spearhead the strategic transformation of our infrastructure and cloud services.
This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation in our cloud adoption and infrastructure efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud strategies that enhance operational capabilities, streamline processes, and elevate service delivery.

What should you have to fit in this role?
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
Core Infrastructure Migration: Supervising the design and implementation of Active Directory, Exchange, and comprehensive domain migrations.
ERP Cloud Transition: Overseeing the transition of HR systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) while ensuring data integrity and alignment of processes.
Data Governance & Security: Developing a data classification framework and enforcing strong information security governance measures.
DC & Passive Infrastructure: Overseeing hardware acquisition, colocation logistics, and the establishment of passive infrastructure.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, particularly concentrated on cloud transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with a comprehensive understanding of cloud migration strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure architecture frameworks (e.
g., TOGAF) and adherence to industry best practices.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management capabilities.
• Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
To succeed in this role, it's nice to have: Vendor Management: Assessing and creating Statements of Work (SOWs), as well as reviewing proposals from third-party vendors.
Project Governance: Crafting project timelines, maintaining risk registers, and generating progress reports for executive leadership.
Technical Advisory: Offering practical technical validation for architectural decisions made by execution teams.
