Position Overview To lead and manage the Poultry Feed sales team, develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and strengthen Company’s market position in the Feed sector through developing strong relationships with customers and sales strategies Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve company objectives in the Feed category.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments within the Feed sector.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners while developing new long-term partnerships.
Monitor and keep management aware of the market trends, competitive activities, pricing and customers’ needs.
Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and participate in exhibitions or trade fairs.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports Submit rolling sales forecast to supply chain and production.
Actively participate in S&OP meetings.
Coordinate with operating teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction Prompt reporting of quality issues and timely attendance to customer complaints.
Quarterly courtesy visit to key customers with QC, VET, QC, R&D and production team strengthening relationship with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi market regulations related to Feed products Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, or MBA (preferred).
Minimum of 10years of experience in sales management within the poultry feed sector in Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of poultry feed Strong negotiation, communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
