Role Overview: JASARA PMC is looking for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to become part of the team for one of its esteemed projects located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be crucial in overseeing the commercial and cost-related components of this iconic mixed-use development program.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control activities Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts Review and certify interim payments and monitor project cash flow Provide commercial advice and reporting to project and client leadership Ensure compliance with contract terms, procedures, and PMC standards Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field 10+ years’ experience in quantity surveying/commercial management Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and PMC environments Experience on large-scale developments in KSA preferred MRICS or equivalent certification is an advantage
