Job Details


We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager / Logistics Engineer to oversee and manage all construction site logistics activities, ensuring the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and manpower in alignment with project schedules. The role is critical to supporting site operations, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement project logistics strategies in line with construction schedules and milestones.
  • Manage site logistics operations, including material delivery, storage, handling, and internal movement.
  • Coordinate with procurement, construction, planning, and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and monitor logistics plans, layouts, and traffic management plans for construction sites.
  • Oversee transportation, lifting operations, crane utilization, and material offloading procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, local regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage logistics subcontractors, transporters, and suppliers, including performance evaluation.
  • Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-control and optimization measures.
  • Maintain accurate records for material movements, deliveries, and inventory control.
  • Support project management in resolving logistics constraints, site access issues, and sequencing challenges.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, risk assessments, and logistics performance updates for management.


Skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–15 years of experience in construction logistics, preferably in high-rise, infrastructure, or mega projects.
  • Strong experience in site logistics planning, material management, and construction sequencing.
  • Proven exposure to dense urban projects, restricted access sites, or large-scale developments.
  • Familiarity with the KSA construction market and local regulations is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards and construction safety requirements.
