Job Title: Safety Engineer / Field Compliance Officer
Job Description:We are hiring a committed Safety Engineer / Field Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with safety standards across operations. The role involves conducting inspections, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of workplace safety. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HSE standards and field safety practices. Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations Develop and implement safety programs and procedures Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks Monitor and report on safety performance and incident trends Recommend corrective and preventive actions Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field NEBOSH or IOSH certification (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety management systems Excellent communication and reporting skills
