Responsibilities

1. Manage the progress of digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple platforms (LinkedIn,

Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to support program promotion and lead generation.

2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media partners, and third-party

marketing agencies to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.

3. Manage and monitor MBSC Executive Education’s CRM activities, including campaign progress, contact

segmentation, lead tracking, reporting, and data.

4. Work closely with MBSC Marketing Department to align Executive Education’s marketing strategy,

branding, and communications with institutional standards.

5. Oversee the development and timely updating of editorial, website, and social media content for Executive

Education’s programs and events.

6. Handle community management and engagement across all MBSC Executive Education social media

channels to strengthen brand presence and client relations.

7. Coordinate media relations, event coverage, and public communication related to Executive Education

programs, ensuring consistent brand representation.

8. Support content creation for program-specific landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, and marketing

collateral.

9. Work with the Executive Education Operations team to oversee vendor contracts, payments, and budgets

related to marketing services.

10. Track and analyze marketing performance data and prepare reports for the Head of Executive Education.

11. Support in developing marketing calendars, presentations, and visual materials to support program launches

and client communication.

12. Ensure timely execution of all marketing deliverables, maintaining close coordination with other MBSC

departments and external partners under tight deadlines.

13. Represent Executive Education in internal meetings and external events as required, supporting brand

visibility and relationship management.
