Role Purpose Leads large-scale, multi-site infrastructure and AI-enabled technology projects, particularly in complex and regulated environments such as aviation.
The role focuses on schedule and budget control, delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, and high-level reporting, while ensuring alignment with technical teams on testing and acceptance milestones.
Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risks for multi-site infrastructure deployments.
Coordinate site readiness, access requirements, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across locations.
Lead stakeholder management and ensure all required approvals, permits, and handover readiness are achieved.
Align closely with technical teams to ensure testing milestones and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and met.
Produce high-level project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials for management and clients.
Maintain project control artifacts, including RAID logs, change control, milestone tracking, and acceptance planning.
Ensure alignment with procurement, vendors, and logistics for hardware, software, and license delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
8 to 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and complex technology projects, preferably within aviation or similar regulated environments.
Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and delivery constraints in multi-site projects.
Excellent governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to communicate project status clearly and concisely to both management and clients.
Required Certifications PMP – Mandatory CPMAI – Plus Language Arabic speaker with strong spoken and written English.
