IT Technical Support Engineer (3–5 Years)
Responsibilities:Provide L1/L2 support for production applications. Troubleshoot issues using SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and execution plans. Analyze structured logs using Datalust Seq for root cause analysis. Debug REST APIs (request/response, headers, payloads, HTTP status codes). Handle application incidents, performance issues, and data inconsistencies. Work closely with development teams for bug fixes and deployments.
Skills Required:3–5 years of experience in Application / IT Support. Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server. Hands-on experience with Datalust Seq or log monitoring tools. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend troubleshooting. Experience supporting production environments.
