Role Description


We have an opening for a full-time, on-site (field) Salesperson specialising in FMCG Traditional Trade and Wholesale, based in Jeddah. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the availability of our products across traditional trade and wholesale channels. 


Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, collection of payments on-time, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. Coordination between logistics, accounting for trade adjustments, and delivery schedules of customers is also part of the role as needed.

Skills

Experience & Qualifications


  • 1-2 Years experience in FMCG sales in western region, preferably in discounters, wholesale, and large format retailers.


  • Knowledge of ERP sales workflows, and trade adjustments are a strong advantage.


  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding SR 100-150k Monthly sales targets is strongly preferred.


  • Experience with payment collection (Bank T/T), cheque handling, with payment detail.


  • Experience with creating sales orders/returns as per customer requirements and company policies.


  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage accounts and foster partnerships.


  • Existing retailer/wholesaler relationships and knowledge of the Jeddah/Makkah market are a big plus.


  • Self-motivated individual who can manage themselves and achieve company sales targets.


  • Basic understanding of margins, pricing, and channel markups is a plus.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.




Requirements:


  • Valid driving license with own car/transport (transport allowance and fuel paid).
  • Excellent work ethic, professionalism, and discipline in time management.
  • Ability to travel between Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif as needed.
  • Transferable Iqama (for Non-Saudis) and must be based in Jeddah.
  • Notice period equal to or less than 1 Month
  • English & Arabic Mandatory

  • This is a field-based role, with 10-15% in-office work
