Key Responsibilities 1. IT Systems Administration

• Administer and maintain internal IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems.
• Implement security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Procure, set up, and configure IT equipment and software.

2. Website Management

• Maintain and update the company website (content, functionality, security).
• Perform regular backups, updates, and performance optimization.
• Ensure website SEO, responsiveness, and user experience are optimized.
• Coordinate with developers or vendors for major updates or fixes.

3. Marketing & Social Media Accounts

• Manage company social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Schedule and publish content in alignment with marketing strategies.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and analyze performance metrics.
• Administer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, CRM, Google Analytics).
• Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
