Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Production Department Manager (Electronics) to lead end‑to‑end production line operations and drive high‑quality, efficient output. In this role, you will guide team performance, strengthen production systems, and ensure delivery, cost, and quality targets are consistently met. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who excels in improving processes, developing teams, and fostering a positive work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall production line management.
- Lead team establishment and goal setting.
- Implement production systems to support operational execution.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery, cost, and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in production team morale.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 6S, and QC seven tools.
- 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in the electronics industry.
- English proficiency suitable for everyday communication.
- Ability to manage production operations and performance targets.
