We’re Hiring: Warehouse Administrator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations within a 3PL environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operational execution, system accuracy, inventory control, and strong coordination across warehouse teams and stakeholders.
About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Administrator supports inbound, inventory, and outbound operations while maintaining accurate WMS records, enforcing SOPs and safety standards, and acting as a communication link between operations, customers, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure on-time execution Maintain high accuracy in WMS (LFS) transactions, documentation, and inventory updates Work closely with Team Leaders and frontline teams to ensure compliance with SOPs, handling standards, and operational timelines Monitor inventory movements and support cycle counts, putaway audits, and physical inventories Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and escalate issues when required Prepare and share operational reports including KPIs, billing data, overtime logs, and performance updates Coordinate third-party manpower during peak periods, ensuring compliance with site and safety requirements Ensure proper document control, archiving, and audit readiness Identify operational gaps and support corrective actions to improve efficiency and throughput Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues Promote safety, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and lean warehousing What You’ll Be Accountable For
