Job Details

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with corporate/key clients Drive premium growth through renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth service delivery Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and follow-ups Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field1–5 years of experience in account management or corporate sales (insurance experience preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
