Line Of Service Overview Our Deals practice helps organisations navigate complex transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic investments. We deliver insights and solutions that enable clients to create, protect, and realise value throughout the deal lifecycle. Business Unit Overview The Deals Finance team provides critical financial oversight and operational support to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. We work closely with Partners and leadership to manage performance, optimise resources, and drive sustainable growth. How You’ll Contribute As a Finance Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Analyse and report project revenue versus budget across territories for each Partner and Business Unit Maintain billing, provisions, and adjustments in line with contracts and policies Reconcile backlog records and report monthly to Finance Provide strategic support for practice financials and account management in collaboration with BU leadership Monitor BU performance and escalate issues such as backlogs and potential impacts to Partners Share knowledge and promote best practices across teams and business units Liaise with regional and global teams to strengthen collaboration and align processes Prepare and deliver KPIs, reports, and insights to support leadership decisions Set up new engagements and maintain contracts using i Power CRM and finance systems Plan and coordinate quarterly business reviews and team meetings, including logistics and reporting What You’ll Bring7+ years of hands-on experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within a professional services firm Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point Ability to work with quantitative data and deliver accurate analytics Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple time zones Service-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving and networking abilities Comfort working with internal support teams and global stakeholders Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage Your flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
