Requirements:Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in System Administration. Strong experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Solid experience in administering Microsoft Exchange environments. Knowledge of LAPS, ADRMS, AD Manager, and Exchange Reporter. Understanding of file system permissions, access control, and IT security principles. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proven L2 support experience. Good communication and documentation skills. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
