Job Purpose To lead the institute’s planning and performance initiatives through advanced data analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting. The role ensures strategic alignment, accurate performance insights, and continuous organizational improvement.
Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor institutional KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards. Analyze performance trends, variances, and root causes, providing data-driven insights. Collect, validate, and maintain data accuracy for planning and reporting activities. Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders. Support annual strategic and operational planning cycles across departments. Facilitate performance review meetings and follow-up action tracking. Collaborate with departments to improve performance and close KPI gaps. Utilize BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) for data modeling and visualization. Support compliance with internal/external audit requirements related to performance data. Document KPI definitions, methodologies, and data sources for consistency.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in performance management, planning, data analytics, or strategy roles. Strong experience in data analysis, dashboards, KPI development, and reporting. High proficiency in Power BI / Tableau / Excel (Advanced) and Power Point. Experience in Balanced Scorecard / OKRs / institutional KPIs preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify data for executives. Experience in education, training, government, or industrial sectors is an advantage. Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., KPI Professional, BI Analyst, Lean Six Sigma).
