Requirements:5–8 years of experience in construction of rotating equipment Previous experience in power plant projects Hands-on experience in gas turbine and steam turbine installation (mandatory) Strong experience in site installation, alignment, and commissioning support for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.) Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and supervise subcontractors Strong personal and communication skills Transferable Iqama in KSA is preferred Key Responsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Supervise installation and alignment of all rotating equipment on site Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues Ensure safe execution of construction activities and adherence to project schedules Review drawings, method statements, and installation procedures
