Job Title: Senior Researcher – Digital Wellbeing Research Services
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Researcher to lead and support research initiatives under our Digital Wellbeing Program. The role focuses on academic and scientific research collaboration, proposal development, data review, and leading research activities to ensure high-quality, credible, and impactful outcomes aligned with digital wellbeing objectives.
Role Description As a Senior Researcher, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital wellbeing research initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:Identifying and engaging potential academic and scientific researchers for collaboration Discussing collaboration opportunities and setting clear research expectations Reviewing research proposals and providing expert input to align with the Digital Wellbeing program themes Leading research and study activities from the organization’s side Providing technical and logistical support to ongoing research projects Reviewing and approving research data and information to ensure accuracy and credibility Conducting comprehensive literature reviews Conducting and/or participating in research studies Preparing and submitting regular progress and research reports
Job Requirements Postgraduate degree or Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated research experience in science or a related field Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in research projects ORBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in research projects (candidates must be able to demonstrate prior research work) Strong experience in academic or applied research environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in Arabic and English Ability to manage multiple research activities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
