Job Summary:Contact Center Presales Lead is responsible for leading all presales technical activities related to Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The role acts as a trusted advisor to customers, working closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to design, propose, and present end-to-end contact center solutions that meet business and technical requirements and close deals successfully. Presales Leadership:Manage presales activities for Contact Center opportunities. Act as the primary technical authority during the sales cycle. Support sales strategy and pipeline growth through technical expertise. Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field4+ years of experience in Contact Center Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales Strong understanding of [ Cloud / Networking / ERP / Cybersecurity]Ability to translate technical concepts into business value Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills Experience in writing RFP/RFI responses Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) Contact Center Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales Experience in BPO or large enterprise Contact Center environments.
