Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftswoman (Female Saudi National) to join our engineering/design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, quantity extraction, and documentation in compliance with project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Independently prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).

·        Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans as per approved designs.

·        Prepare accurate quantity take-offs (QTOs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

·        Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

·        Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.

·        Maintain organized records of drawings, BOQs, and revisions.

·        Assist in design development and drafting support during project execution.

Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedules.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        Saudi National (Female) – Preferred

·        Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsperson/Draftswoman in a design consultant/ contracting organization.

·        Strong command of AutoCAD (experience with Revit is a plus).

·        Good command of the architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and technical details.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

·        Knowledge of Saudi building codes and standards.

·        Experience in a consultancy or contracting environment.

·        Basic knowledge of 3D tools is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English.
