HR/Admin Officer

 

Job Purpose:

To support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll, and administrative functions, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and governmental platforms. The role covers the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to termination—while maintaining accurate HR records and reports.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Payroll

  • Recruitment: Coordinate the full process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage all operations from hiring to termination; prepare turnover and analysis reports.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Operate HR/Payroll ERP modules; manage attendance (e.g., ZKTeco), leaves, settlements, and End-of-Service Benefits (ESB).
  • Policy & Records: Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and administrative forms.
  • Insurance: Manage medical insurance files, claims, and related incidents.

2. Office & Facility Administration

  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily administrative functions, including facility management, office/pantry procurement, and asset maintenance.
  • Internal Support: Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the sales team and management.
  • Logistics & Translation: Facilitate meeting logistics and provide English/Arabic document translation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Budgeting: Manage administrative budgets and expense reporting to optimize costs.

3. Government Relations & Compliance

  • Authority Liaison: Maintain direct communication and manage affairs with MHRSD, ZATCA, Chamber of Commerce, and other local authorities.
  • Platform Management: Independently manage compliance across all platforms including Qiwa, Mudad (WPS), GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, Taqat, MODON, ZATCA, and others.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Ensure all HR and admin activities strictly comply with Saudi Labor Law, Tax regulations (VAT/Zakat), and Health & Safety standards.
  • Risk Management: Proactively monitor changes in local regulations (Nitaqat, Saudization) and provide timely reports to adjust internal policies.


Requirements:

·        Saudi National.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, and administrative operations.

·        Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

·        In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat program, and Immigration regulations is mandatory.

·        Strong coordination and communication skills; high level of confidentiality and accuracy.

·        Full-time, office-based.

·        Reports to HR Manager / Administration Manager.


Skills

  Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
