Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site work, ensure project execution as per drawings, and coordinate with workers and management. Fresh or less-experienced candidates with basic site knowledge are welcome. Training will be provided if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and labour work
• Ensure work is done as per drawings and instructions
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and supervisors
• Check material usage and site measurements
• Maintain basic site reports and progress updates
• Ensure safety rules and site discipline
• Support project completion within timelines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Mechanical / relevant field
• Experience not compulsory, basic site knowledge preferred
• Ability to read drawings (basic level acceptable)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site
• Responsible and hardworking attitude
