ob Summary

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to create, update, and manage 3D models of building, aluminium, or metal structures. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design drawings and BIM software. Freshers or candidates with basic knowledge are welcome; training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using software like Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate modeling
• Coordinate with site and production teams to reflect real-world updates in models
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Prepare clash detection reports and support project coordination
• Maintain organized model files and version control
• Assist in generating drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or relevant field
• Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, Navisworks, etc.)
• Understanding of construction, aluminium, or metal work processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and software

Skills

Ability to create 3D models from 2D drawings

Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination

Basic understanding of aluminium or metal structure fabrication

Time management and organizational skills
