As a Junior Consultant Urologist, you will work alongside experienced urologists to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of urological conditions.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with urological conditions, including performing physical examinations and reviewing medical histories Assist in the diagnosis and management of disorders such as kidney stones, urinary incontinence, and prostate issues Participate in surgical procedures under the supervision of senior consultants, gaining hands-on experience Interpret diagnostic tests, including urinalysis, imaging studies, and urodynamics Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and ensure continuity of care Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding urological health and treatment options Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with institutional regulations Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in urology Medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license Completion of residency training in Urology Strong interest in urology and eagerness to learn from experienced clinicians Solid understanding of urological assessment techniques and treatment protocols Excellent communication skills for effective patient interactions and collaboration with colleagues Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also displaying independence Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in clinical practice Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice Prior clinical experience or internships in urology preferred but not mandatory Willingness to engage in continuous learning and participate in relevant training opportunities
