The Financial Controller will lead the finance department by managing the end-to-end financial cycle, overseeing operations, empowering the team, and ensuring strict alignment with group policies. The role serves to lead liaison for External Audit, Internal Audit (IA), and Tax authorities. By driving budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering with the management, the role fosters cross-functional collaboration to support strategic planning and decision-making while continuously improving business systems to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s is a plus).
- Recognized professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of total experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a similar role within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with group reporting structures and multinational finance processes within a matrix environment.
