Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct training and development programs for staff members.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the energy or service sector.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in KSA
  • Experience in handling employee relations and facilitating training programs.
