Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the HORECA sector to lead brand presence, drive market penetration, and develop strategies that enhance visibility and sales. The role requires deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, consumer behavior in the hospitality sector, and creative marketing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives for the HORECA market segment.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
  • Define brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Brand Development & Promotion

  • Manage brand image and communication strategies to strengthen market recognition.
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials (brochures, product catalogs, videos, digital assets) tailored for HORECA clients.
  • Collaborate with chefs, hotel F&B managers, and catering companies to launch product promotions and menu integrations.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns, social media presence, and online advertising targeting B2B HORECA buyers.
  • Work with influencers, trade media, and industry events to boost brand awareness.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM for brand visibility within the hospitality and catering industry.

Sales Support & Events

  • Partner with the sales team to develop customer engagement tools and trade promotions.
  • Organize participation in HORECA exhibitions, food festivals, and industry networking events.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs and partnership initiatives.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track KPIs for all campaigns and provide ROI analysis to management.
  • Monitor budget utilization, ensuring cost-effective marketing spend.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years’ marketing experience in the HORECA / F&B industry within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi market regulations and consumer preferences in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
