A sales manager has to manage the team, maintain friendly relations with the client.Track the 

future of the new projects, along with the performance and efficiency of their team members:  


-Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team 

-Preparation of the Quotation / Technical submittal for projects. 

-Identify new business opportunities 

-prepare and review cost estimates for the projects.  

-Negotiate payment terms with customers and follow-up for the overdue 

payments+invoices.  

-Being updated regarding the market leads and tenders to ensure the participation.  

-Proven strong network with Client, consultant , contractor ,MEP projects. 

-Acquisition of new clients 

-Train sales team.  

-Ensure High level of Client satisfaction. 

-Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base 

and ensure it’s strong presence.

Skills

Requirements:  

1- EE/ME bachelors degree. 

2- +8 yrs experience in the field (MEP projects). Construction  

3- Skills ( leadership, communication, English … 

4- Professional skills ( Microsoft Office,Revit,SCADA,Auto-cad,… 

5- Driving licenses
